for 750 milliliters

fresh pressed blood orange juice
Thyme leaves
250 grams Jam sugar (2:1)
1 packet Citric acid

Preparation steps

Step 1/1

Mix the orange juice, thyme and jam sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the citric acid. Pour into jars, seal tightly, let cool and serve.
