- 1 Orange
- ½ l milk
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse oranges under hot water, halve and squeeze juice. Reserve 1 blood orange wedge for garnish.
2.
Froth juice, cold milk, lemon juice and sugar with an immersion blender and pour into glasses. Garnish with blood orange slice.
