- 4 Oranges
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- 400 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Sea buckthorn

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse oranges and cut orange zest strips from the peel. Juice oranges.
2.
Peel and grate ginger finely. Purée ginger together with orange juice, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender.
3.
Add 2 ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of sea buckthorn berries to fruit purée and blend. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange zest.
