150 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
8 tsps Salmon caviar
1 red onion

1.

Top the bread slices with the smoked salmon. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Place onions on top of the salmon. Add 1 teaspoon of the caviar on top.

Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
