Preparation steps

Mix the eggs with the milk, parmesan, and basil. Season the mixture with some salt and pepper. Peel and julienne the onion.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the onions and olive, and sauté gently. Season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs, and spread evenly in the pan. Once set on one side, flip so the omelet can set completely on the other side. Fold the omelet into a roll, and serve.
