- 75 grams black Olives
- 100 grams softened butter
- salt
- peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 generous pinch Lemon peel

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the pits from the olives and chop. Place the butter in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Peel the garlic, and pass through a press. Mix into the butter with the lemon zest and olives. Transfer to a sheet of aluminum foil, shape into a roll, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
