2 Tbsps Coconut oil
6 Tbsps honey
7 ozs rolled oats
1 ¾ ozs Sunflower seed
1 ¾ ozs Pumpkin seed
1 ¾ ozs dried Cranberry
1 oz Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oven to 150ºC / 300ºF.

Heat the oil and honey in a large pan then stir in the oats, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Tip the mixture onto two baking trays, spread into even layers and bake for 15 minutes.
3.
Add the cranberries and coconut and bake for a further 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool then transfer to an airtight container until ready to use.
