- 8 dried Apricot
- ⅔ cup pitted Prune
- 2 ½ cups Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsps runny honey
- 4 Tbsps Muesli (no added sugar)
- 12 whole Hazelnuts (shelled)
- 4 pinches sprouted seed

Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop the apricots and prunes together.
2.
Spoon the yoghurt into serving bowls.
3.
Add the honey, muesli, hazelnuts, and dried fruit. Mix briefly.
4.
Add a few sprouted seeds to each serving and serve immediately.
