400 grams Fusilli (spiral pasta o. Ä.)
300 grams boneless Smoked pork chop (smoked pork)
1 stalk large Leeks
1 onion
3 Tbsps butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
1 Tbsp chopped parsley (or other herbs) (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the Kasseler, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse, trim and cut the leek into rings. Peel the onion and chop.

2.

In a pan, sauté the onions in butter, add the smoked pork cubes and the leeks, season with salt and pepper and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.

3.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

4.

Drain the pasta and mix with the smoked pork mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese and serve immediately.
