150 milliliters Vegetable broth
3 Tbsps Oyster sauce
2 Tbsps soy sauce

Preparation steps

Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Rinse chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Rinse scallions and finely chop. Cut lime into eighths.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté meat, remove from the wok and season lightly with salt. In remaining oil, saute chile pepper, onions and garlic, add shrimp and fry briefly. Then add broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Add pasta and meat to the wok, mix everything and season to taste with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with scallions and garnish with lime wedges. (The lime juice can be squeezed on noodles directly prior to eating if desired.)
