2 cans Kidney beans
2 Red Bell pepper
Tabasco sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Heat a cast iron frying pan over high heat, add the oil, season the steaks and sear on both sides. Reduce the heat and continue to cook the steaks to your liking. Peel 2 onions and cut into rings. Sauté with the bacon.

2.

Sauté the remaining chopped onion in 1 tablespoon butter until translucent. Add the beans and chopped peppers and cook for 10-15 minutes.

3.

Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with the steaks and a mixed green salad, if desired.
