Preparation steps

1.
Cut one of the nectarines into thin slices, thread onto four cocktail sticks and set aside for the garnish.
2.
Cut two slices from one of the blood oranges, cut these in half and set aside for the garnish. Juice the remaining oranges.
3.
Peel the remaining nectarines and remove the stones. Roughly chop the flesh, place in a blender and blend until smooth.
4.
Mix the orange juice with the nectarine pulp and serve in glasses. Garnish with the nectarine and orange slices and the mint leaves.
