This is the perfect dessert for nectarine lovers. The fruit contains considerable amounts of provitamin A, iron, calcium, potassium, as well as B vitamins. This dessert is completed by the aromatic-tart blackberries, which provide many intestine-healthy fibres.

Outside the nectarine and blackberry season, this gratin also tastes great with other types of fruit. In autumn and winter, for example, you can use apple cubes, plum wedges, or frozen fruit.
