- 2 Apricot
- 2 Plum
- 5 eggs
- 50 grams sugar
- 75 grams Pastry flour
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds of)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 generous pinch Baking powder
- 100 grams Quark
- 75 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease four small ramekins with the butter.

Rinse, drain, and remove the seeds from the cherries. Rinse, halve, and remove the seeds from the apricots and plums. Cut into eighths.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the flour, vanilla, salt, baking powder, quark, and milk to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Carefully mix the fruit into the batter, and fill the molds with it. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and serve.
