800 grams redfish fillet (without skin)
4 organic lemons
60 grams grainy Mustard
1 handful parsley
salt
peppers
vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps

Rinse fish fillet, pat dry and cut into 8 equal sized pieces. Rinse lemons with hot water, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Place 2-3 slices of lemons slightly overlapping on each piece of fish and sprinkle with a little mustard. Rinse parsley, shake dry and pluck off leaves.

Distribute about half of parsley over mustard and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place fish pieces on a greased baking sheet or grill pan. Cover fish with remaining mustard, sprinkle with remaining parsley and cover with remaining lemon slices. Cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for about 10 minutes. Turn each fish piece over once carefully during the cooking time.
