- 2 small red chili peppers
- 20 grams dried Porcini mushroom
- 500 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems.
2.
Rinse the chilis. Divide the chilis, garlic, herbs, and mushrooms into 2 bottles. Fill with the olive oil, making sure that everything is covered. Seal tightly, and let infuse for at least four days.
