- 4 Tbsps colorful peppers
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 l olive oil
- 1 l sunflower oil
- 2 clean Glass bottles (with a lid)

Preparation steps
1.
Add the pepper to a mortar, lightly crush, the transfer to the bottles. Rinse the rosemary, peel the garlic, and add both to the bottles.
2.
Mix the oils.
3.
Fill the bottle with the mixed oils and seal tightly.
4.
Let infuse at least a week before using.
