- For crust
- 3 cups Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 packets Yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 8 Tbsps Oil
- flour (for work surface)
- For topping
- 2 cups Pizza Sauce (prepared)
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup king trumpet Mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
- 1 cup fresh Asparagus (cleaned, trimmed and sliced)
- 1 cup cherry Tomatoes (cleaned and halved)
- 1 cup Goat cheese (crumbled)

Preparation steps

In electric mixing bowl combine flour, salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to flour mixture. Add oil and mix together until dough is smooth and begins to pull away from sides of bowl. Cover bowl and let sit for about an hour, or until dough has doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 400° F. Sprinkle flour over clean work surface. Remove dough from bowl and split into two balls. Roll each ball into a circle, about 12" in diameter, onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over each pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes and goat cheese.
4.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown.
