The mild, sweet melon aroma is just right for baby's delicate taste buds. Melons are low in acidity and therefore particularly well tolerated by the stomach.
Instead of melon, you can also simply use 2 tbsp. of juice (e.g. apple, pear or carrot juice) or 4-5 grapes passed through a sieve for the drinking pulp.

- ¾ cup
- 2 Tbsps Multi-grain flakes (instant,, about 20 grams)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Whisk, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps
1.

Peel melon, remove seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces.
2.

Bring the milk to a boil in a small pot. Whisk in multi-grain flakes and return to a boil. Reduce heat and add melon pieces.
3.

Quickly purée the mixture with an immersion blender just until smooth (but not foamy, which could cause gas).
4.

Pour the mixture into a bottle and screw on cap. Test temperature before serving.
