¼ tsp Spices (i.e. Ashwagandha powder)

2 pinches dried Flowers (Optional)

Preparation steps

1.

Put milk, lavender flowers, cinnamon and ashwagandha in a pot and heat it up. Bring to the boil briefly, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add honey and mix in.

2.

Foam up with a hand blender, spread on 2 glasses and serve sprinkled with flowers.
