Lavender in a hot drink? Of course! Lavender can be used in many ways as a medicinal herb and helps, for example, to fall asleep and to relieve restlessness. The lauric acid from coconut milk also has an antibacterial effect and makes the lavender latte with spices nice and creamy.
Need a spicy pick-me-up in the morning? Then simply reduce the amount of almond milk in this drink and add freshly brewed espresso to the lavender latte with spices.
