½ Red Bell pepper
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
100 grams black Olives
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar

nontoxic Flowers (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Trim mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips.

Rinse tomatoes. Rinse cucumber and cut into slices, Mix olive oil in a bowl with vinegar and season with salt and pepper to make a vinaigrette.

3.

Mix lettuce in a large bowl with tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumber and olives. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve garnished with edible flowers.
