Preparation steps

1.

Separate lettuce into individual leaves, rinse and spin dry. 

2.

Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Rinse basil and dill, pluck leaves from stems and chop finely. Mix lettuces with herbs and flowers in a large bowl.

Serve with a vinaigrette if desired.
