- 200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as Frisée, arugula, or other types of lettuce)
- 20 caperberry
- 1 handful Borage flower
- juice of lemons
- 6 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- ½ tsp sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 lemon
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse all types of lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces if needed. Rinse lemon with hot water and cut into small pieces.

Whisk lemon juice with oil, mustard and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Toss salad greens and lemon pieces with dressing, arrange on plates and serve garnished with caperberries and borage flowers.
