200 grams fresh, Mixed Lettuce (such as frisee, lamb's lettuce, Lollo Rosso, Lollo Bianco, baby spinach)
2 scoops Mozzarella (about 125 g)
6 ripe Figs
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps Orange juice
½ tsp spicy Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the lettuce. If necessary, tear into smaller pieces.

Drain the mozzarella and cut into wedges. Rinse and halve the figs. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic, the sweat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Deglaze with the orange juice, remove from the heat, and let cool. Stir in the mustard and remaining oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Divide the lettuce on plates, and top with the figs and mozzarella. Drizzle with the dressing, and garnish with basil.
