300 grams mixed Lettuce (such as arugula, corn salad, curly endive and radicchio)
2 Tbsps black, pitted Olives
2 hardboiled eggs
1 red onion
2 Tomatoes
1 can Tuna (about 185 grams, in its own juices)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse salad greens and spin dry, tear into smaller pieces if needed. Drain olives, peel eggs and cut into wedges.

2.

Peel onion, halve and cut into thin slices. Rinse tomatoes, quarter and core, cut into wedges.

3.

Drain tuna and separate into large pieces. Combine oil with vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix all salad ingredients and toss with vinaigrette. Serve.
