Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the savoy cabbage, trim and set aside 8 beautiful leaves. Cut the rest of cabbage into thin strips.

2.

Rinse, trim and cut the red and white cabbage into strips. Season with salt, mix together and allow to sit for 30 minutes.

3.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Rinse the apples, peel, remove the core and finely grate the flesh.

4.

For the salad dressing, mix the oil and vinegar and season with salt, sugar and pepper.

5.

Rinse the red and white cabbage and drain in a colander. Mix the apple, onion and chopped savoy cabbage each in 2 savoy cabbage leaves that were set aside. Drizzle the salad dressing and serve.
