- 3 cups mixed salad (of your choice)
- 1 cup Dandelion greens
- 4 Tomatoes
- ⅔ cup semi-hard Cheese (diced)
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- 5 Tbsps Seed oil

Preparation steps
1.
Wash and sort the salad leaves and dandelion leaves and spin dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges.
2.
Mix the vinegar with the mustard, salt, pepper and sugar and whisk in the oil. Check the seasoning.
3.
Arrange the salad leaves on plates with the tomatoes and cheese and sprinkle with the dressing.
