- 250 grams Lamb fillet
- 1 boneless Pork chop
- 2 thinly sliced Beef roulade
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 small Zucchini
- 2 yellow onion
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 4 slices Bacon
- 8 mint
- 8 pickled Grape leaves
- salt
Preparation steps
Rinse the meat and pat dry. Peel the garlic and cut into small cubes. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and finely chop.
Press the garlic and mix in a bowl with the herbs, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and oil. Add the lamb fillet, pork chops and roulades and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Meanwhile, rinse the zucchini, trim and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) thick slices. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Rinse the peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds, remove the white membranes and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the meat from the marinade, reserving as much marinade as possible. Wrap each of the roulades with 2 strips of bacon, cut into 4 equal pieces. Cut the lamb fillet into 8 thick slices, top each with a mint leaf and wrap each with a grape leaf. Cut the pork chop into 8 equal pieces.
Thread the meat with the vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
Grill the skewers on preheated grill on all sides until browned, brusing with the marinade. Season with salt place on a plate to serve.
