400 grams triggered Pork cutlet
2 small white onions
4 Thai eggplant
2 Savoy cabbage
8 slices Bacon
8 length Wooden skewers
2 Zucchini
3 Tbsps lemon juice
5 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
½ Tbsp Cumin (all)
salt

2 tsps ground paprika

Preparation steps

Cut pork into bite-size pieces. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Wash Thai eggplants and quarter. Cut cabbage leaves into strips about 3 x 6 cm (approximately 1 x 3 inches) wide and fold. Halve and roll bacon slices. Alternate putting all prepared ingredients on long wooden skewers.

Brush zucchini, wash, halve lengthwise and cut crosswise into pieces 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) long.

Stir together lemon juice and oil to create marinade. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Coarsely crush cumin in a mortar and stir into oil mixture. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Coat skewers and zucchini pieces with marinade.

4.

Barbecue skewers and zucchini pieces on grill, turning often, for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
