- 4 cups Strawberries (halved)
- 4 large Peaches (stones removed and cut into slices)
- 6 Passion fruit
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the strawberries and peach slices in serving bowls.

Remove the flesh from four of the passion fruit and add to the fruit in the bowls.
3.
Cut the remaining passion fruit in half and serve alongside with the mint sprigs to garnish.
