- 6 ½ cups mixed Fruit (apples, melons, peaches, plums, pears, grapes, kumquats, diced)
- 8 cups Apple juice
- sliced Limes
- 2 sprigs Lemon balm
- 1 bottle mineral water (or champagne)

Preparation steps
1.
Place all the fruit and the lime slices in a punch bowl and pour the apple juice over the top. Chill for 1 hour.
2.
Just before serving add the mineral water or champagne and garnish with lemon balm.
