Preparation steps

Wash and sort the berries and dry carefully. Put into a sealable container with the syrup and raspberry brandy and leave to stand for at least 6 hours. Then add the well chilled wine, stir and pour into glasses. Decorate with whipped cream and flower petals (or mint) and serve.
