Preparation steps

1.

Gently simmer the apple juice and the slit vanilla bean for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the honey. Rinse the blackberries and drain thoroughly. Add 100 g (approximately 3 1/2 ounces) of the blackberries to the punch, crush with a potato masher, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

2.

Pass the punch through a fine strainer to remove the berries and the vanilla. Pour the punch into glasses. Add the ice to the glasses, top with the remaining berries, and fill with the water. Garnish with vanilla beans, and serve.
