1 small Watermelon (about 36 oz.)
1 honeydew melon (or green melon, such as Honeydew)
2 Limes
2 pints mineral water (ice cold)
liquid Sweetener (as desired)
In addition: Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Melon baller, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Punch bowl (or pitcher), 1 Peeler, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

Halve watermelon and remove large, black seeds. Cut two slices and cut slices again into triangles. Set slices aside as a garnish.

Using a melon baller, scoop out remaining watermelon from rind. Place in a punch bowl or a jug.

Halve honeydew melon and remove seeds with a spoon. Using a melon baller, scoop out melon balls and add to bowl with watermelon.

Rinse organic lime with hot water and pat dry. Using a heavy-duty vegetable peeler, remove peel in thin spirals. Set aside as a garnish.

Juice both limes and add to melons. Top with mineral water and add sweetener to taste. Add ice cubes and serve immediately, garnished with reserved lime zest spirals and melon triangles.

This looks like the perfect refreshing drink for a sunny day! Could I add in citron melon? Would that be too much?

Thanks for your question: that sounds like a terrific idea and would work perfectly. Just cut back a little on the other melon to keep the proportions the same.
