120 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
1 Vanilla bean
1 pc fresh Lemon peel
150 grams Raspberries
150 grams Blackberry
150 grams Blueberries
150 grams Strawberries
300 grams Natural yogurt
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Combine milk with rice, sugar, salt, halved lenghtwise vanilla bean and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat and let rice rest covered for about 30 minutes to allow it to plump up. Stir constantly. Remove vanilla bean and lemon zest, divide rice into 4 cups and let cool.

Rinse and dry berries. Halve large strawberries if necessary. Combine about half of berries with powdered sugar and yogurt. Pour fruit sauce on rice and place remaining berries on top. Serve immediately.
