Preparation steps

Peel onion, chop finely and cook in oil; allow to cool. Mix ground meat with onion, breadcrumbs and egg yolk. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme and form 10 balls. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the meatballs slowly on all sides until golden brown, then let cool.

2.

Peel eggs. To serve, thread one quail egg, one tomato and a meatball on each skewer.
