1 muskmelon (about 800-850 grams)
150 grams sugar
200 milliliters lukewarm water
½ juiced lemon

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the melon, remove seeds, cut into slices and separate the flesh from the shell. Cut into pieces and puree. Dissolve the sugar in the water. Add the sugar water and lemon juice to the melon puree. Freezer for about 4 hours, stirring every hour. 

2.

Serve the sorbet in dessert glasses and garnish with melon slices and mint leaves if desired.
