- 400 grams sugar
- 1 ripe honeydew melon (approximately 1.5 kg)
- 2 Oganic oranges (juice)
- 2 lemons (juice)
Preparation steps
1.
Boil 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water with sugar, stir and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, then let cool.

Peel and core the honeydew and mash the flesh with the fruit juices. Stir with cold sugar syrup in a bowl and set for 30 minutes in the freezer. Then stir well with a whisk every so often. Freeze for 2 - 3 hours.
