Preparation steps

Cut melon in half, remove the peel and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes and puree with the lemon juice and powdered sugar.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the melon puree. Stir the mixture well, pour into a large metal bowl and place in the freezer for approximately 4 hours.
