Kitchen utensils

1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wok, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small bowl

Preparation steps

1.
Dissolve the sugar in the hot water, briefly bring to the boil and leave to cool. Roughly chop the melon flesh and put into a liquidiser goblet. Wash and squeeze the limes. Add the cooled sugar syrup and the lime juice to the goblet. Puree the melon with the syrup and lime juice, then transfer to an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes.
2.
If you have no ice cream maker, turn the puree into a shallow dish and put into the freezer for 4-5 hours. Stir vigorously with a fork every 20 minutes to prevent any large ice crystals from forming. Stir well before serving and serve in glasses.
