125 grams thinly sliced Prosciutto
1 Cantaloupe
150 grams soft Cheese (such as Brie or Camembert)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds and slice into wedges. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces.  

2.

Arrange the sliced prosciutto, cantaloupe and cheese decoratively on a platter. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with crackers, breadsticks, etc.
