- 12 ozs Bocconcini (drained)
- 2 ozs Prosciutto (cut into small pieces)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

Scoop melon flesh into a large bowl using a melon baller. Add the bocconcini, proscuito, basil, mint, lime juice, and honey. Toss Gently until combined. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
