- 125 grams thinly sliced Prosciutto
- 1 Galia or honeydew honeydew melon

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the figs, pat dry and cut in half. Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds and cut into wedges.
2.
Arrange the figs and melon decoratively on a serving platter and place the thinly sliced prosciutto on top. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
