lemons (juiced)
150 milliliters water
4 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Boil sugar and water. Halve the melon, remove seeds, remove the flesh from the shell and puree in a blender. Mix the fruit puree with the syrup and the lemon juice.

2.

Place in the freezer for about 2 - 3 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes. Or freeze to a soft granita in an ice cream machine. Serve with melon wedges.
