For other healthy sweeteners, you can substitute the honey with maple syrup or agave, and maybe add a touch of lime to make the flavors pop!
Cut the watermelon into small pieces and freeze slightly.
Combine the frozen watermelon with the crushed ice and sweeten with the honey. Purée in a blender.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
