- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 200 milliliters dry white wine
- 1 pinch salt
- 120 grams Prosciutto (sliced)

Preparation steps

Cut the melons in half, remove the seeds and peel. Chop 1/2 of each melon and thinly slice the other half. Chill the sliced melon. Purée the melon cubes in a blender and mix with the powdered sugar, white wine and salt. Transfer to a shallow container and freeze for about 6 hours.

To serve, arrange the sliced melon on serving plates and top with the ham. Scrape the granita into small serving glasses and serve with melon and ham salad.
