150 grams Cherry tomatoes
100 grams black Olives (pitted)
50 grams Pine nuts

3 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse thoroughly and mix with 2 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons vinegar.

Rinse cherry tomatoes, core if necessary and cut into pieces. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove ribs and seeds and cut into pieces. Chop olives. Toast pine nuts in a frying pan until browned.

3.

Mix pasta, tomatoes, olives, pine nuts and bell peppers. Season with remaining oil and vinegar. Add salt, pepper and basil to taste and let marinate in the refrigerator.
