5 Tbsps breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Rinse peppers, drain and pat dry and cut in half and remove stem, seeds and ribs.

Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs and garlic and season with salt and pepper. With wet hands, shape mixture into small meatballs. Whisk together paprika and olive oil and brush over each meatball. Thread 1 pepper half and 2 meatballs onto skewer. Repeat steps until peppers and meatballs are used. Grill on a charcoal grill or broil in oven until meatballs are cooked through and the peppers are al dente and slightly browned. To serve, arrange skewers on serving plate.
