60 grams breadcrumbs
2 small onions
2 garlic cloves
2 eggs

1 tsp sweet ground paprika
3 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
30 grams butter
400 grams Tomatoes
2 Zucchini
fresh Sage (cut into strips)

Preparation steps

Peel the onions and garlic, and finely chop both. Mix the ground meat with onions, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, curry powder, paprika and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, and knead well. Form small patties from the meat mixture.

Heat butter in a pan and fry the patties on both sides over medium heat. Remove the patties from the pan and keep warm.

Blanch the tomatoes briefly in boiling water. Drain the tomatoes, peel, remove the stalk and seeds, and dice the pulp. Trim, rinse and slice the zucchini. Saute the tomatoes and zucchini in the same pan, and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the patties, tomatoes and zucchini on plates. Serve garnished with sage and curry plant greens.
